Delivery
Our Policy
All orders are shipped the next working day, depending on the time of day the order was placed and stock availability. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Mills & Boon subscriptions are shipped monthly on the first working day of the month.
We are not able to ship orders to more than one address at the same time. However, if you would like to have specific items shipped to different addresses, please place each order separately.
UK Delivery Rates
Due to restrictions set by our shipping carriers, we can only ship orders within the UK by our standard shipping method. Delivery within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £2.49 per order and takes up to 5 working days.
Want to save on your postage costs? Purchase a Mills & Boon subscription for monthly deliveries of your favourite romances direct to your door - and the postage is on us! (UK only)
Costs & delivery times:
Standard (up to 5 working days) £2.49
Please note that orders placed on a Friday may take longer to arrive.
For Mills & Boon subscriptions, postage is free to any UK address.
Shipping Overseas
We ship internationally to World Zones 1 to 8. International orders are sent by DHL Standard International Shipping.
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at the checkout by the weight of your parcel and the destination country.
We aim to ship your parcel within one working day of purchase. We cannot guarantee processing time, but your parcel will usually arrive within 14 working days of your order.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer Mills & Boon subscriptions to international customers on our website, but overseas subscriptions may be purchased directly from us with a flat shipping rate of £5 per parcel. Find out more by calling +44 (0)1413 063232 or emailing info@millsandboon.co.uk
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
Please allow up to ten working days for your parcel to arrive by standard delivery (or 14 working days for international deliveries). If your parcel has not arrived after this time, please contact customer services for help.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred as a result of Royal Mail postal strikes, overseas postal service disputes or national public holidays including bank holidays.
